Project Description:

Refurbishment of a 4No storey mansion building in Kensington comprising 8No Studio and 1 bedroom apartments. Formerly a hotel which had fallen into disrepair, the works included the complete refurbishment of the building, the introduction of habitable accommodation to the basement and the careful restoration of a grand period staircase.
