Project Description:

A SF loft conversion with external terrace to a maisonette, period property in Ealing, W3. Planning & Technical Design services were provided to create 2No additional Bedrooms; through the creation of a new Master Bedroom, Master Ensuite and Bedroom/ Home Office with access to a rear roof terrace garden. Crittall- style doors, aligned roof windows and a bombastic client- driven interior created a wonderful apartment with significantly increased floor area and external amenity space. A maisonette much enhanced from it’s pre-existing layout and amenity.
